Thank you very much for your reply. Can you please tell me how I can find out how much I owe as I have had my house 3 years and not had a bill yet.
I have of course paid all my other rates to the local council.

In this case, a Complementary Tax Return should be presented to the Tax Authorities covering the period of time that corresponds to be paid.
