Reliable English Speaking Solictors

Hi All,
We are buying an apartment at Lagunagolf, expected completion Aug 2006. TM Torreblanca have recommended 4 firms of solictors, but their charges appear steep. Could anyone recommend an alternative that they have used themselves.
