Community car parking ban

Thank you for your prompt reply. In order to clarift the situation, there is NOT an area set aside for car parking. All the cars are parked on the urbanisation's roads, usually outside the owners property, if there is a space.Does this change your opinion that such a ban would be against the law?

Please be aware that the urbanisation’s roads are common to the owners of one complex or ther are public as part of the planning and development of the town-planning.
Therefore, though there is not a specific parking area, the ban that you mention would be against the law.
