I have just booked some flights online, and have never used this airline before. I've just received an email from them confirming the booking, and have been given a flight booking reference number - just as you do when you book through Easyjet etc. Also on the email it says to please have your flight tickets, passport etc etc with you when you check in at the airport. Does this mean they send tickets to you through the post (like in the good old days?!!)If this is the case, I doubt if I will receive them in time (if ever) as our local postal system is rubbish! Have tried to ring their customer service number but no answer, so I thought I would see if anyone else uses them before I spend another hour on the phone!! Thanks for any help.

Hi joebaby,
I have flown with thomsonfly many times now and have only had one long delay.I have found it to be a good firm to deal with and your luggage allowance is quite good for a budget airline .You can take 25 kilos per person which can be a combination of two pieces of luggage into the hold and up to 10 kilos of hand luggage as long as the total weight does not exceed the 25 in total. good news from a non residents point of view.
Your ref number on your print out acts as your ticket.
