Hi all, has anyone had any dealings good or bad with this dentist? It does seem a very profesional set up and the dentist seems very very proficient at his job with lots of degrees, ceertificates etc. he certainly talks the talk. The only thing that puts me off having a lot of work is the hard sell of what treatment is required. I feel mean to even question his ability but I am not particularly keen on going to the dentist and want to make sure he's the right one for me. I personally was client at this Clinic. I had to present a reclamation and from this moment on a nice Dentist changed completely in to a new person fare away from helpful and friendly.
After two years i still have problems with him and the biggest problem with him is he will not give any paperwork as i ask for my compleat history.

I am personally can say No this is not very professional. He stopped the treatment from his side. But he is well informed that it is a not acceptable situation.

I am sorry that you personally had problems with the clinic. I had my implants done in May 2012 and everything has been perfect, he was extremely good and very professional and I must add his staff were as well. I go for regular check ups and he has been kindness itself and very willing to take care of me and he answers any questions I may have had. I am not sure about giving you the paperwork as I think legally that belongs to him and if you go to a new dentist they have to re examine you thoroughly and make their own decisions on the treatment you require. Yes my story is really not so good us you find it. I can tell that i had and still have very big problems. And he is well informed abiut this. And yes everbody can have a copie of the full historie you have in a clinic. I ordert from him already two times my history and two times he told me , he offer me in stad of giving the paperwork to finish the treatment until the end.
This was our agreement he was sending me by mail. And for this i trust him agene. But now it is the 3 time he told me not to finish.
I can't recument this clinic and as i had some contacts with other clients of him they had the same probleme with him.
As soon you tell him you not agree with something he change completly. And if nesecery he kicks you out from the clinic.
And this is true!!!!!
I was hoping he contact me to tell sorry and he change his mind and do what he has promised. For a profesor of the university this is a very bad game he is playing with me.
The best was on the first day we present the reclamation , he was not any more responsibil he told us the owner is a norwegian company..... And he cant help us with this. Sorry but this is aswell not profesionell.

And not only me aswell a lot of other people telling that since this lady is working in the clinic there is a very big change. I personally had the felling she controls them all and i had different times situations that she was very ruth with one of her college.
But true is there was a big change in service i started there in marz 2012 and the clinic was very different. But today i can say how they are handel my treatment this is no possible and fare away from friendly.

I am glad to have found this forum since I started my dental implants and it is an unfinished treatment due to the terrible practice at the clinic.
Everything turns into a nightmare, but fortunately, already there are a few reviews in the internet about them. And they are all "Terrible" just like my own experience.
I think I should get a second opinion from another Dentist

Hi!! So sorry to hear that! I have had a great experience with my implants with Dr Salgado, I will write a positive review online bc he really deserves it. Unfortunately, sometimes we only write reviews when we have had bad experiences. His career and background speaks for itself, I think. However, I understand we are humans and we all could have a bad day, anyway I will stick with Dr Salgado, great with my and my family. Good luck with your treatment!

I recommend Dr Salgado without any hesitation because I first went to another doctor, he explained to me that my case was extremely difficult and he referred me to Dr Salgado, since then, all my family and friends have gone to his clinic, we all agree he is very professional, and many people I know as well, so sorry you had a bad one!

Sorry the Clinic is far away from good and far away from knowing how to handle-clients.
My personal opinion is Dr. Salgado is not professional with his clients and definitely not in relation with medical treatments, and first of all he needs to learn to respect other members of the public and the truth is that his staff is no better than he is, epecially the young russian lady she is called Elena, she also has no respect with the clients or with her colleges. The only time she is nice with the clients is if Dr. Salgado is around her. I think at this clinic something has gone very wrong, and definitely not to be recommend and is far away as possible from good and professional service.
