Can anyone please give me an idea of green fees being charged on local golf courses.and are there any deals to be made on discounts

Green fees are from about 40 euros up to 75 or 80 euros. Sometimes, if you look in the newspapers, there are special offers available and if you join one of the many golf societies, you will get discounted green fees as well. You may also find that you will be asked to buy a 'Spanish federation licence' for the day as this covers you in the event you kill someone with a stray drive. It costs 3 euros per day.
