Why not install a TV system in your house here such as Torresat and watch English TV ?

because i cant get torresat - the house is to low - the other option is spending 1500 euros on a huge dish that i havent got anywhere to put up anyway

probably a silly question but can you change the sky channels remotely?

yeah the software comes with a "virtual" remote control so u use it the same way as the sky remote - ive a wireless keyboard so i use that, rather than the mouse, to navigate

basically you are controlling your own sky digibox via the net - its great

Has anyone tried hooking up a slingbox here in Spain to the Coship box, and then watching the signal from this whilst on holiday? I am off to India soon and himself will go stir crazy without TV. I have broadband at each end.
