We have a Telefonica line into our property (holiday) and each visit go through a process of finding the line is dead, reporting it, it gets fixed (seemingly remotely - no engineer calls) and when we are back it has happened again. I suspect this has been the routine every other month for the last 18 months. Just back from a short trip and didn't have time to report it but will be back next week so would like to talk to Telefonica from the UK as clearly 1004 or 1002 are no use to us from here

Anyone have a number for Telefonica from the UK ?

Tried the telefonicaonline website - it wasn't very enlightening!
