    You need to track down the bills - you bank statement probably will not give details. There will be an element of standing charge and also usage.

    Our charges are about 10E for 2months electric, total 43
    Water was 45 euros for 2 months total made up of lots of bits and pieces -water, sewage etc. Bills are 2monthly

    Where did your gas bill come from - have you signed up to a gas bottle delivery service?

            Hi Diaz,

            How on earth did you manage to get thru on the phone to Iberdrola!! Our place is also in Villamartin, we signed last November, have the same bank as you and exactly the same charges for elec. gas, water etc. We have tried in vain to phone Iberdrola from the UK, same number, but the line is engaged 24/7! Now thanks to you at least we know what the water charge is for! We are going out in a couple of weeks and will try to phone them whislt in Spain.

              I have spoken with 2 more couples over the weekend who were confused as to the charges. Don't forget the extension number is 5 if you don't speak Spanish.

                  Sorry to dig up such an old thread (it's been a while since my last visit) but the following instructions detail how to register for Iberdrola online. This can show you your recent bills, graph your electricity useage etc and may be of use. The instructions were originally put together by Su Kelly so all thanks to her.

                  Perhaps you would like to have your Iberdrola bills viewable on line ? I hope these details will help you get there....

                            Hi evryone.
                            We managed to log on to the Iberdrola website on June 28th and have been waiting for an e mail from them since.
                            Just wondering how long it usually takes before they make contact!
