The emphasis here is on the "CON" Do not use "San Luis Aircon" as their customer service is appalling. Although 2 visits to fix a noisy external unit that they fitted seemed to have solved the problem, it returned again towards the end of the summer. There were 3 broken appointments when we waited in for the visit, The next call resulted in an abrupt statement that they would just not be coming!! So TOUGH!
