title deeds

we completed on two apartments last august. we received a copy of the escurita at the notary but still havent got the title deeds. We asked the solicitor to check on them and they keep saying that there not ready yet. can anyone tell me if this is normal. How long does it usually take to get the title deeds.

In response to your message, I would like to inform you that the Title Deeds for your property should be registered in a period of 15 days, although the procedures could take about 45 days.
If they are not received on that period of time, it can be supposed that there is a problem that has to be solved.
