I live in San Miguel de Salinas and am a member of a small community of 54 apartments.
One od our Community members has taken it on himself to have a balcony infil built.
I know of two others who are going to have it done.
I thought that anyone who is a member of a community must follow community rules/law.I thought that any alteration /amendment to outside walls of the community has to have the permission of the community and then the local town hall.
the offending community member is the President himself he did not have the work done until he was elected in march, but his two next door neighbors are going to have it done.
Do we have any rights,to say they can or can't.

In response to your message, please be informed that the allowed building percentage for a plot which has not been used, belongs to all the owners , having to get municipal licence for building in any case.
