I purchased airconditioning from a large electrical store in Torrevieja, I also had there recommended installers to install it for me. This unit has not worked from day one. I have phoned the store, who inform me, I have to wait for the Manufacturers Engineer to call. As this has been a week, am I entitled to a new unit, or my money back ? Also, if I receive my money back, would they have to refund the installation charge, as the unit is faulty ?

According to the Guarantee which cover the sale of consumer goods, you could opt for returning the good with a refund of the price, for its replacement or for its repair. I advice you to choose firmly between one of these options, as should you opt for its repair you would not have the right of replace it or change it afterwards.
