Dear Sir,

All the linked properties had grass on their front and back gardens when we bought 7 years ago in this Urbanisation.

Our neighbour has recently removed the grass of his gardens and replaced it with gravel which change the uniformity of the joined houses and will obviously depreciate the value of the houses in this area.

- Do our neighbour not needed an authorisation from the President of the Urbanisation?
- Should we not be asked, as close neighbours, our agreement concerning the changes?

This question is not concerning a detached property.

Thanks for looking at this post.

Kind regards
Annie

Please note that for that kind of changes an authorisation from the President of the community or from the close neighbours is not required.
