Good Afternoon
I believe the builder maintains the pool for approximately one year after the urb has been signed over. Out of 12 villas and 12 apartments, only 3 apartments and 4 villas have been sold. 3 of these villas have their own pool.
We are sure the builder is not upkeeping the communal pool - what is the procedure to ensure this is actioned (the builder does not have a very good reputation and all around the area he is letting people down), however, we do not have a president/community etc as nothing has been signed over by the builder yet.
Also, seating areas and roundabouts had seating and plants put in but again, this has been left to overgrow with weeds - is this the responsiblity of the local government or the builder?
Could you please help
Thank you
