We bought ours at a shop called Torregrosa, just opposite the Church Square in Torrevieja. Terrific selection of elictrical goods there.
Yes it does feel pretty cold even when the temp is around 11 deg.

We bought ours in the UK and just changed the plugs.But the previous
answer is correct for here.
