Experience with TM Torreblanca

Has anyone bought off plan with TM Torreblanca?
If so what level of service did you recieve and were they accurate with their completion dates?.
We are buying through them on a development called Lagunagolf near to Zeniamar.
Any feedback would be appreciated. thanx.

Just completed this week on Zeniamar.
No complaints at all.
It was ready on time with good service, any questions answered quickly.
When we told any one we had bought with TM we were told good builders with a good reputation.

I didn't buy from TM but have been advised by a number of people who live in Spain and are reasonably familiar with the property market that this company is probably the best firm of builders in the area.

We bought from TM in 2004 in Zeniamar and the property was ready 2 months ahead of schedule. Overall we are happy with the place.
But when you do buy as with any builder give the place a good look over and any defects get them recorded in writing.

We completed Nov 03 phase 4, no problems whatsoever.

We are also purchasing a property from TM Torreblanca. Service so far has been very good. We have been dealing with our UK agent and also with their head office for various things like alterations in the property and not taking their furniture package as we wanted different things. The package is not that good o.k for holiday home, but not for permanent living. We have just come back from Spain and all seems to be on target for the dates.

We have spoken to quite a few people from other developments and they always seem to be on time for completion.

We have just been into their head office to discuss various things and they were helpful. They send paperwork through quite quickly and a lady there has been dealing with the upgrading of our electricity supply for us ready for completion. We have also taken a banker's guarantee with them for each stage payment sent which is only 60 euros. Some builders charge 10% of the purchase price for that.

We always get an english translation through of everything.

We are purchasing at Dayasol in Daya Vieja - a small but friendly village and they are only allowing a certain amount of new properties to be built on the edge of the village. Its about 9 kms inland from Guadarmar.

Our development is just 68 properties in 5 blocks of duplexes and apartments. We have been into our property - snuck in after the builders went home for the day and had a good look round. They seem much smaller than they are going to be without being plastered, tiled and painted.

I have also heard that TM have a good reputation.
