Selling off plan.

Who is the first one to contact should the need arise to sell before completion. I have asked the sales office but no reply. I will contact the solicitor but would like to hear from someone who has done this.
All depends on outcome of hospital tests next week and health issues that have arisen since we bought back in April.

I'm not sure that all builders allow this - when I was originally looking I was told that only Polaris World would let you sell the property before you'd bought it (if you see what I mean). I eventually bought a resale.

Firstly I would check your contract, and then perhaps ask your solicitor for clarification.
