Is this boot sale still running and if so what time does it open to the public?

Hi if that is the one at the Celtic Bar down by the Playa Flamenca market, it is on a Thursday. 3pm to something I believe if my memory serves me right. Likewise, I think they do one at the Emerald Isle, La Florida on a Sunday.

I think you mean the indoor Sunday market in the TorreJoven Hotel at Punta Prima. Now has 60 stands underground in the dance halls, starts at 2pm to 4.30pm. Don't know if it still on but worth a look ?.
