Weekly change over fees

Linked to Buckets question re cleaning, what is the going rate for change overs when renting, including providing clean / ironed bed linen, towels, tea towels etc.

Roughly 40-50 euros for 2 bedroom and 50-60 for 3 bedroom apartments might be more for houses.

also for this you have to include a fee for holding the key which can be anything from 250 - 350 euros a year, again depending on area and property. Also some people charge for meeting your quests so all these costs have to be taken into account.

To cover alarm activations and a minimum of a monthly property check, extra checks if gales or heavy rain. I don't know if you get that for free?

Just looking at the company you recommend they charge 35euro a month for this service for non rental property. They are obviously just happy making their money on cleaning for the rental properties.
