Pools

We have been told that a Spanish law exists that states you can not use swimming pools after 9.00 pm.

I can understand that may be acceptable for a pool in a community where it may affect local properties and that this would not be ideal.

We are having a pool installed at our house and we would like to use it in the summer nights perhaps later than 9.00 pm. Can you please advise whether this law exists.

Please be informed that there is not law in Spain to say that pools can not be used after 9 p.m.
Your neighbours could only complain if there was a lot of noise from your property while you are using your pool.
