I have been told it is possible for the management commitee to adapt the rules as stipulated on the escatura to suit the community. Is this correct?
The reason I ask is, my escatura states terraces and solariums cannot be built on. However the mamagement commitee have allowed terraces to be enclosed. In the case of a rear terraces all adjoining properties have to approve it in writting. If one adjoining house objects this has to be put to the management commitee. If the management commitee choses to they can over rule an objection and the building will go ahead.
