We are holding our AGM in a couple of weeks. Our Constructor has a number of houses which are unsold and/or rented. He owes all fees from the time our Community was formed two years ago. He lives on site and has paid nothing at all - not even for his own property. The legal process to recover the fees has been going on for a year now.
We would like to exclude him from our meeting as he has no vote and will cause unpleasantness. Our Administrator says we cannot legally exclude him and although he has no vote he can speak.
Is this true? if so can we vote at the start of the meeting to ask him to leave? What powers as President do I have to avoid the row that will surely happen if he attends?
