Please excuse my ignorance but what is a "Notario" and what is their roll when completing the purchase of a property in Spain?
Are they the equivalent of a conveyancing solicitor in the UK?
Do I need a Spanish lawyer in addition to a Notario?
Is it advisable to have a relatively new (3 years old) property which has obviously been well looked after valued by a Surveyor?
