Boundary Walls

We live on an urb. with houses at either side. Please can you advise (as a norm in urbs in spain) if we have designated boundary walls or if they are generally shared walls. (in relation to garden walls)

I have checked the technical valuation and the escritura and nota simple, and although there is info about the properties being adjoined, there is nothing to state if the walls are joint or belonging to a particular house.

In general, all the boundary walls are shared walls which belongs in equal proportion to both property owners.
