LHD cars from UK

Have been looking at LHD cars in the UK to drive over to Spain with our dog and personal stuff in rather than bring over a RHD and then having to sell it in Spain. Does anyone know if cars are cheaper to buy in Spain or is bringing a LHD car over with us a good idea.

Ok a LHD is better here than RHD but you will still have the hassle of registering the car into the Spanish system.

2nd hand cars dont depreciate as fast here, so some people say they are dearer to buy here but at least they are fully legal and already in the system.

Those are the pros and cons it up to you and your budget.

Second hand cars do seem to hold their value here in Spain. A LHD is a better option than RHD here in Spain.

Depending on what sort or car you would buy here, it may be less expensive to bring a LHD over and register it here. If you do not sign onto the pardon until you are ready to import the vehicle and have received all the registration documents in your name you will not have to pay emission (import) tax, just the fee for service and road tax.
