Where is Pedro the Notario from Torrevieja

I am looking for Pedro who did a great Job when I purchased my apartment around 10 years ago. Does anybody know where he is now I would like him to help with a re-mortgage.

With the decline in property sales even the Notaries have been affected and some have closed down in Torrevieja.
