Property Clearance Companies

We own a property in Campoamor and regrettably have to get rid of.

The property in fully furnished approx 2 years ago with all new white goods, furniture etc.

The property hasnt been lived in and only used occasionally.

Does any body know of any local companies that would consider purchasing all the contents.

We are visiting within three weeks and would like to try and organise this when we are over.

There are loads of ads (see local papers) for people buying furniture etc but they dont pay much! Would it not be better to sell it furnished ?

I wouldn't recommend any othe the second hand shops the reason is
I got 250 euros for all the furniture in my house of advertise it on here you will get more if you are not greedy. Like you the house was a hoilday home so had not been lived in and most of the stuff was brand new if I had the time I would never have sold to the highest bidder the lowest was 170 euros

I once offered them a bed settee, never used as a bed and hardly as a settee, good quality and they wanted to pay them to take it away! That was the last time I ever contacted any of them....

If you don't sell it furnished.
Why not advertise an open day/weekend.
Give a list & approx price expected.
Seen several on various forums & they seem to get a good response.

We are over next week and looking to get rid of all furniture etc.

The property is on Player Golf 3 development in Campoamor, not far from Aldis supermarket.

Anybody interested in the following can call in and make us an offer:-

2 seater and 3 seater bed settee. Sandy colour fabric

2 garden tables, metal frame with glass tops. 4 foldable chirs with each table.
2 metal frame,woven sunloungers.
Large Chimney BBQ.

All contents have had very little if any use.

Just an update for all that may be interseted in a bargin!!!

The partners who joint own the property will be arriving at the property today about 13:00 and are staying until Thursday but all contents must be gone by Wed AM. It on a first come first serve basis.

All was sold so thanks to all who bought!!

We were let down on the washing machine so still have a Candy Washing machine for sale for 50 Euros (no offers).

Our joint owners are over again this Mon till wed as they didnt manage to finalise things last time.
