a question on behalf of my dad, does anyone know the standing charge for water and the electric orihuela costa?

trying to figure something out but need this information quick

Unfortunately it is not that easy because there are many different types of contract and depending on this equals the charges but say water - probably around 30 and elec is even crazier at the moment with Iberdrolas latest changes!! maybe around the same?

According to an e-mail I received from Iberdrola, the fixed monthly amount should be about 12€.
