Is this another rebroadcasting? Been done before paying up front and getting cut off, only LEGAL way to go is with your own dish.

Having your own dish does not make it legal.

Torresat have been operating Legally for 20 years and unlike tele micro pay tax and have over 1 hundred thousand happy customers. Every now and then they make a special offer, this is one of those.

perhaps it would help if you changed the title of the post and removed the "satellite" (or even "satalite") part from the title...since you are not offering tv direct via satellite but a third party rebroadcaster and it could be seen as misleading...

can you clarify that please?
it is totally legal to receive ANY free to air channels from ANY country direct from a satellite with a satellite dish.
if this is illegal to receive free to air channels from any country from a satellite with a satellite dish, then all the Digital+ receivers used for spains satellite service on Astra1 must also be illegal as they can pick up german french italian uk dutch and itallian FTA channels that are also on Astra 1?

I now get a bit fed up with this bickering over if free sat is legal or not.

The problems experienced here last year were because a company was, in effect, stealing SKY programmes and selling them to a third party.

If you have a sat dish on your property and point it at a satellite and you receive programmes as a result - that is NOT illegal!

I was a very early subscriber to SKY in the UK and you used to receive all manner of German and Dutch channels on your TV they were not part of the SKY package but a free bonus (some featured naked lady games) this only stopped when SKY switched their Sat.

It is only bordering on illegal if you charge someone for something you do not own.

So if you have your own dish or community dish and you get free to air channels FEEL FREE!!
